Privacy Policy
This draft is awaiting final approval and is not ready for texting-campaign registration. Items in brackets are unresolved. Effective date: [TO BE CONFIRMED].
Who we are and how to reach us
Jullips is a software brand. It is not a separately registered business. Third & Twelve LLC is the intended parent company; its registration is pending, and Third & Twelve LLC is not identified as the operator until registration is approved. [FINAL APPROVAL: LEGAL OPERATOR NAME TO DISPLAY]
Mailing address: [BUSINESS MAILING ADDRESS — NOT A PRIVATE HOME ADDRESS]. Support: [MONITORED SUPPORT CONTACT]. Privacy requests: [PRIVACY CONTACT].
Information from salon owners
When a business signs up, Jullips collects the owner’s name, email address, password or Google/Lovable sign-in, business name and business type. It also stores team members and service providers the business adds, booking settings, plan and subscription status, and subscription identifiers from our payment provider. Card details are entered on the payment provider’s page and are not stored by Jullips.
Messages sent through our contact form store the name, email, business name and message entered.
Customer and appointment information
Each business uses Jullips to manage its own customers. This may include customer names, phone numbers, email addresses, notes, service and day/time preferences, waitlist entries, appointment openings, cancellations, booking replies, and text-consent history.
When a customer joins a waitlist through a business’s signup link, we record the details entered, whether the optional text box was checked, the exact consent wording and version shown, the signup page, and the date and time recorded by our server.
Each business decides which customers it adds and is responsible for having a lawful basis and any required permission to give us that information, for the accuracy of notes it writes, and for answering its customers’ questions about appointments. Jullips processes this information to provide the service to that business. [FINAL APPROVAL: CONFIRM EACH BUSINESS’S ROLE VS. JULLIPS’S ROLE FOR CUSTOMER DATA]
How information is used
We use information to operate accounts and workspaces, run waitlists and appointment openings, record consent and opt-outs, process booking replies, manage subscriptions, answer support requests, and protect the service from misuse. We do not sell personal information.
Separation between businesses
Every business’s records are kept in its own workspace. Access rules enforced by our database allow only members of that workspace to view its records, and only the owner can edit customer details. One business cannot view another business’s customers, appointments or opt-outs.
Text messages and mobile information
Text alerts are optional and require a separate, unchecked checkbox. Giving a phone number alone does not grant permission to text. Requests stay pending until phone ownership is verified and the business’s texting program is approved. Texting is not currently active.
Mobile phone numbers and text-message consent are never sold, rented or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. They may be shared only with service providers that deliver or process messages for the business that collected them.
Reply STOP to any alert to stop receiving texts from that business. Opt-outs are recorded with the date and time and apply right away; pending texts to that customer are skipped.
Service providers
- Lovable Cloud — website hosting, database, sign-in and account emails (such as email confirmation and password reset).
- Google and Lovable sign-in — optional ways for business owners to log in.
- Stripe — business subscription billing. Live billing is not yet enabled; customers on a waitlist never pay through Jullips.
- Telnyx — receiving text replies such as STOP, START, HELP and YES. Sending appointment alerts through Telnyx is not yet enabled.
[FINAL APPROVAL: DATA STORAGE/PROCESSING LOCATIONS AND ANY ADDITIONAL PROVIDERS]
Cookies and sign-in storage
Jullips uses your browser’s storage to keep you signed in and to remember a plan you picked before signing up. Our sign-in and payment providers may set their own cookies when you use their pages. We do not currently use advertising cookies. [FINAL APPROVAL: CONFIRM BEFORE ADDING ANY ANALYTICS OR ADVERTISING TOOLS]
Security
Connections to Jullips use HTTPS. Database access rules separate each business’s records. Incoming payment and text-message notifications must carry a valid signature before they are processed, and phone verification codes are stored in hashed form, expire, and allow limited attempts. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and requests
Business owners can view and edit their account details and their customers’ records in the app. Customers can join a waitlist without requesting texts and can reply STOP at any time.
To ask to access, correct or delete information, contact the business you joined or email [PRIVACY CONTACT]. We may need to verify your identity and will coordinate with the business that holds your records. A complete self-service export and deletion-request process is not yet available; requests are handled manually.
When a business deletes a customer, linked waitlist entries and consent-change history are removed. Separate signup evidence and some message records may be kept, so deletion does not immediately erase every record.
Data retention
Business data is not deleted when access ends or a payment fails; the workspace becomes read-only instead. Retention periods for accounts, customer records, consent evidence and message logs have not yet been set, and no automatic deletion schedule exists. [FINAL APPROVAL: RETENTION PERIODS FOR EACH TYPE OF RECORD]
Children’s privacy
Jullips is intended for businesses and adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information, contact [PRIVACY CONTACT].
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. We will change the effective date above and, for significant changes, notify business owners by email or in the app before the change takes effect.
